Returns & Refunds

Because each print is produced to order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to discuss a return or cancellation. Any return or cancellation rights that apply to your order remain unaffected.

Orders delivered to the United States

As each photographic print is made to order, I do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, and I do not offer routine exchanges.

If a print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me so I can arrange an appropriate remedy at no cost. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom

If you change your mind about a standard catalogue print, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it by contacting me. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Please contact me for return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage and suitable protective packaging.

Condition of returned prints

My limited-edition photographic prints require careful handling. Even a small crease, scratch or surface mark can make a print unsuitable for resale.

Returned prints will be inspected upon arrival wherever possible. Prints returned without damage or loss of value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection qualify for a full refund.

If a print has lost value because of excessive handling, I may make a deduction reflecting that loss, in accordance with UK consumer law. This is not an automatic printing or restocking charge.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned print or valid evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. Wherever possible, the condition of returned prints will be assessed before a refund is issued.
